Nomenclature

[edit]

In the 'characteristics' section, the article states that "only the European 5.6x50mm is larger" when referencing the 204 Rugers history and development from the .222 Rem Mag

This is problematic on several levels, because not only does a rimmed version of the 5.6x50 exist, but the case capacity for both is listed at 34gr H20 while the old .22 Savage Hi Power has a nominal volume of 35gr H20.

So there are actually at least 3 .22 center fire factory rounds that have larger case capacities than the .222 Remington, NOT one as the article states. mr.trooper 173.161.127.214 (talk) 01:30, 7 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Recoil

[edit]

Recoil is minimal. Factory load data is not available at this date. It would be good to find the powder they are useing. I cannot achieve factory speed with the powders I have chosen.

WPMILHIST

[edit]

The WPMILHIST tag has been removed due to this article not being military related.--Oldwildbill 13:21, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

During several automated bot runs the following external link was found to be unavailable. Please check if the link is in fact down and fix or remove it in that case!
