Thank you Wikipedia! This is the very first attempt I tried to create something online, great!

Thanks for the advice. I will try to fix it by putting the Chinese name in English, I understand Wiki accept terms in the past such as 'Nippon' (means Japan) and 'Nikkei' Index (means Japan Economic Index).

Zizhu chuangxi nengli 自主创新能力 It is a very important and unique concept emerged in the modernization process in China in the last 18 years, first appeared in 1994, reference to evolutionary economics and new growth economic theory.

The Chairman of The People's Republic of China announced this 5 years ago as the National Strategy for the coming 15 years and it is working in China across many sectors. Milti-billion dollars projects invested attempt to bring innovativeness and capabilities into the country. Unfortunately, the academics from China and Western world had many names to describe it in English and not yet settled. So, I better not coined it.

See my message and in addition, this article from East West Center: http://www.eastwestcenter.org/news-center/east-west-wire/a-smart-response-to-chinas-indigenous-innovation-policies/

Wiki users should notice the latest developments and join force to build knowledge on that. China is now the second largest economy in the world. Hope the world would find the way to understand China and its people's progress for a better living. May the world work in peace.

Apology if I offend any Wiki rules. Thank you again for your advice.

The major problem with the article as it stands is that the average user, using a keyboard configured for a Latin-based language, won't be able to access the article by title unless they're very, very good at Unicode keying. --Alan the Roving Ambassador (User:N5iln) (talk) 19:28, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
