Lest those who read revision histories be misled, i note that the demise of a person, or (say) a newspaper is not a reason for removing the corresponding topic's entry from a Dab page. On the other hand, the absence of any identifiable and verifiable info on WP is what removal of Dab entries is all about. If you'd like to write something verifiable about one of these former entries, tho, it would be a shame not to also add its corresponding entry on (i.e. back onto) the accompanying Dab page:

Última Hora (Acarigua), Venezuela
Última Hora (Spain)

If a mention turns up at, say, Circulations of notable newspapers of Spain, then a new copy of the red link can coexist, on the Dab page, with a blue link for that mentioning page -- until someone finds enuf pertinent and verifiable info to create at least a stub (probably incorporating that mention into it) that's more useful than the mention alone was.
