Name in title
[edit]Surname of members of the Orléans family is *d'Orléans*, not *of Orléans* - *of* is used after a title given in English, such as, Philippe d'Orléans, Duke of Orléans. Changing name in title of article, and will do same to others of the Orléans family. Frania W. (talk) 23:57, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Regent?
[edit]Was she not regent of Lorraine in her son's absence in 1729-37? If so, it is the most important and should be included. --85.226.46.84 (talk) 18:57, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
Article = geneology
[edit]There is too much genealogy in this article. The article is not about her relatives or family, it is about her - or, it should be. Her relatives each have their own article.--85.226.47.128 (talk) 15:26, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
- I agree. Unfortunately, most articles about French princesses and some articles about Spanish infantas look like this. I really don't understand how siblings one may have never met can be relevant enough to be listed in a biography article. I also don't understand why we need to mention that she is an "ancestress of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine" - she certainly wasn't the only one nor the most significant one. Wikipedia is not a geneaology database. Surtsicna (talk) 16:31, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
