Summers Vitus Nwokie (born March 23, 1981), is a Nigerian businessman, industrialist, philanthropist and investor from Ezinihitte Mbaise Imo State, popularly referred to as Ikukuoma Mbaise.[1]
Early life
[edit]Nwokie was born on 23 March 1981 to Enyeribe Nwokie and Scholar Adaku Nwokie, from Umukerie Umualaukwu, Umuochaku Ezeagbogu Ancient Kingdom in Ezinihitte Mbaise, Local Government Area of Imo State.[2]
Education
[edit]His academic pursuit kick-started from Community Primary School, Ezeagbogu, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. Thereafter, he went to Ezeagbogu Secondary School where he sat for the West African Examinations Council exams and furthered his education also at the Far Eastern University.
Ikukuoma FC
[edit]On 31 March 2024, Nwokie unveiled the Ikukuoma Football Club. They became IMO FA CUP champions in March 2024, beating Heartland F.C., which was owned by the Imo State Government.[3]
