Subhankar Sarkar (born 1960) is an Indian politician from West Bengal representing the Indian National Congress.[1] He is currently serving as President of West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee.[2]

On 30th August 2024, he was appointed as National Secretary of the All India Congress Committee and the Indian National Congress State-In-Charge of Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee, Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee and Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee.[3] He had previously served as National Secretary of the All India Congress Committee and State-In-Charge of Odisha between 2013 and 2018.[4][5]

He unsuccessfully contested 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election as Indian National Congress candidate from Noapara.[6]
