Stephen Pearse is an investor and entrepreneur who previously served as chairman of the board at Maxwell Biosciences,[1] Techtonic Group LLC,[2] and Innovation Pavilion.[3] He's a principal at Yucatan Rock Ventures.[4][5]

In 2013, he was appointed[6] to the NASA Advisory Board. He was previously CEO of Cyras Systems until its sale in 2000 to Ciena Corporation for $2.6 billion.[7][8][9]
