Staten Island Community Board 3 is a community board of New York City, encompassing the southern Staten Island neighborhoods of Annadale, Arden Heights, Bay Terrace, Charleston, Eltingville, Great Kills, Greenridge, Huguenot, Pleasant Plains, Prince's Bay, Richmond Valley, Rossville, Tottenville and Woodrow.[5]It is bordered by Arthur Kill on the west, New York Bay on the east, and Staten Island Community Board 2 on the north.
Its current chairman is Frank Morano, and its district manager Charlene Wagner.[4] Transit is served by the Staten Island Railway, and various NYC Bus Lines.
