Stăuceni is a Moldovan city, located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) in the north-east of Chișinău, the capital of Moldova.
Stăuceni is part of the Chișinău Municipality. It is composed of one village, Goianul Nou and one city Stăuceni.[2]

[edit]Grape varieties grown in Stăuceni include Aligote, Fetească, Rkatsiteli, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot noir as well as a number of varieties used for table grapes. Indigenous varieties include Plavay, also known as Belan and Plakun.
Entertainment
[edit]Arena Chișinău, an indoor sporting arena, is located in the Southern part of Stăuceni.
