Senco Gold Limited is an Indian jewellery retail and manufacturing company, headquartered in Kolkata. Established in 1994, the company operates through a network of retail stores and online presence.[2][3]
History
[edit]Senco Gold was founded in 1994 by Shankar Sen in Calcutta. The company began as a small jewellery store.[2]
In 2023, Senco Gold went public through an initial public offering (IPO).[5][6]
Operations
[edit]Senco Gold operates retail stores which offer gold, diamond to platinum jewellery.[7][8] As of 2024, the company operates over 166 stores, with a presence in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore, as well as smaller cities and towns.[9] In addition to its retail operations, the company’s operations also extend to its online presence.[7]
