Seif El-Deraa (born 19 September 1998) is an Egyptian handball player who plays for Limoges Handball and the Egyptian national team.[1]

He competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2]

In 2022 he won the Egyptian Championship with Zamalek SC.

His brother, Yehia, represented Egypt in handball at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[2]
