Sira (Persian: سيرا)[a] was a village in Adaran Rural District of Asara District, Karaj County, Tehran province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 296, in 78 households.[2]

In 2009, the village of Asara merged with the villages of Pol-e Khvab, Rey Zamin, and Sira and was elevated to the status of a city.[4]
