Sandhanwal is a village in Shahkot in Jalandhar district of Punjab State, India. It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 47 kilometres (29 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village.

Demography

As of 2021, The village has a total number of 580 houses and the population of 2,776 of which 1957 are males while 673 are females.[1] As of 2021 , out of the total population of the village 77 people are from Schedule Caste and the village does not have any Schedule Tribe population so far.[1]
