Sainte-Anastasie (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t anastazi]; Auvergnat: Senta Ostàsia) is a commune in the Cantal department in south-central France. Between December 2016 and January 2025, it was part of Neussargues en Pinatelle.[1][2]
