Reception[edit]

Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama gave the film 1.5 out of 5, writing, "On the whole, RUNWAY is saddled with a weak script and therefore, has limited chances."[2] Minty Tejpal of Pune Mirror wrote, "The cinematography is below average, with no composition or framing, and seems to have been shot on Super 16. Worse, the film is edited in a very jerky manner. To make up for the poor scripting and cinematography, the background score seems to be scored on acid, having a life of its own."[3] Shubhra Gupta of The Indian Express gave a negative review, calling the film "a puzzle from the first to last."[4]
