Rhonciscus pauco, the opalescent grunt,[1] is a species of deep-water grunt (fish) known only from Puerto Rico. The species was described based on specimens caught by fishermen in Puerto Rico's western coast, between the municipalities of Rincón and Mayagüez.[2][3][4]
