Qaleh-ye Sahar (Persian: قلعه سحر)[a] was a village in Elhayi Rural District of the Central District of Ahvaz County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 801 in 129 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,166 people in 284 households.[2]
After the census, the village of Elhayi merged with Qaleh-ye Sahar and was elevated to the status of a city.[5]
