Pseudomonas mediterranea is a bacterium, similar to P. corrugata, that causes tomato pith necrosis.[1] For the phylogenetic analysis of P. corrugata and its closely related phytopathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas mediterranea refer to Trantas et al. 2015.[2]
