I would suggest not to list this entry as the BBC source clearly says it is significant for East Horsley only. Not worldwide. The "first in 20 years for the village" bit is not considered relevant enough for The Guardian to mention. This is not comparable with an event in Texas City yesterday where three young children were killed. The difference is that the UK Sun and the Daily Mail, reliable source in Belgium and Canada, agencies like UPI and Associated Press write about the shooting in Texas but the stabbing in Surrey doesn't get beyond Breitbart (link to article not allowed here) and Fox worldwide.
