What does it mean when it says "Czech Prime minster Jan Fischer deposits the Treaty of Lisbon ratification instrument at the Italian foreign ministry in Rome"? What does he deposit? What is the "ratification instrument"? I'm pretty sure it's not the pen he signed it with, but what is it?
