- 1953: Birth of Norberto Alonso in Vicente López. He is a former football midfielder, who played the majority of his career for River Plate.
- 2010: Death of Sandro in Buenos Aires. He was a singer.

- 1898: Bith of the plastic artist Enrique Policastro in Buenos Aires.
- 1909: Birth of the author Luisa Mercedes Levinson in Buenos Aires.
- 1939: Suicide of the socialist legislator Lisandro de la Torre.
- 2003: Death of Félix Loustau, former footballer who was a key player on the River Plate squad known as La Máquina.

- 1867: Birth of Pelagio Luna, Vice president of Argentina.
- 1877: Bith of the scientist Enrique Herrero Ducloux in Spain.
- 1943: Birth of journalist and writer Osvaldo Soriano in Mar del Plata.
- 2002: The Argentine Currency Board is repealed.

- 1897: Birth of musician Luis Gianneo in Buenos Aires.
- 1911: Birth of the plastic artist Héctor Julio Páride Bernabó in Lanús
- 1915: Birth of actor and director Fernando Lamas in Buenos Aires.

- 1778: Birth of Teodoro Sánchez de Bustamante in Jujuy. He took part in the Congress of Tucumán.
- 1829: Death of the priest Gregorio Funes in Buenos Aires. He took part in the political conflicts following the May Revolution.
