Plica umbra, the blue-lipped tree lizard or harlequin racerunner, is a species of lizard in the family Tropiduridae. The species is found in South America (Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador).[2]
