Piloleiomyomas are a cutaneous condition that present as dermal reddish-brown, pink or skin-colored papules or nodules that can be solitary or multiple.[1] They can be very painfull. Often sensitive to cold and/or touch. They are rare and easely overseen by doctors because of the small appearance. It can be due to a defect in a gen, witch can also be responsible for herreditary type cancer to the kidney. This is more likely the case when there are also myomas in the uterus.
