Phyllocnistis ramulicola is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from southern Great Britain and Portugal.

The larvae feed on Salix cinerea, Salix caprea, Salix aurita, Salix fragilis and Salix viminalis. They mine the leaves of their host plant.[2]
