Sullivan "Pete" Mills Jr. (born May 29, 1942) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for two seasons with the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League (AFL). He was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the 12th round of the 1965 AFL Draft. He first enrolled at Coffeyville Community College before transferring to Wichita State University. Mills attended I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas.[2] He was also a member of the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears.[3]
