Giuseppina "Pepi" Fabbiano is an American astrophysicist. She works as senior astrophysics in the High Energy Astrophysics Division, at the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. She has chaired the executive committee of the International Virtual Observatory Alliance. [1]
Life
[edit]She was born in Palermo, Italy. She gained the Ph.D. of physics from the University of Palermo in 1973.[1][2] She studies black holes[3], cosmology and x-ray emission of galaxies.[4][2]
Early life
[edit]She raised in the family of teachers and professors. In the high school she won the prize of math to visit the France.[5]
