Oxalis ambigua is a species from the subgenus Oxalis.[1]
Taxonomy
[edit]The taxon name Oxalis ambigua was first described by Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin.[2] Different ranking exists. The species is either from the subgenus Oxalis[1] or from the genus Oxalis.[2]
Range
[edit]Recent observations suggest that Oxalis ambigua is currently primarily found in South Africa.[2][1][3] Botanic expedition in the 19th century also mention observations in New Zealand.[4][5]
