Opus is a 2025 American thriller[1] film written and directed by Mark Anthony Green in his feature directorial debut.[2] It stars Ayo Edebiri, John Malkovich, Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder, Young Mazino, Stephanie Suganami, and Tatanka Means.[3][4]
The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 27, 2025 and it will be theatrically released on March 14, 2025, by A24.

Reception
[edit]On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 37% of 30 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 5.5/10.[11] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the film a score of 43 out of 100, based on 14 critics, indicating "mixed or average" reviews.[12]
