This is a list of tables of the oldest Doctor Who cast members in ordinal ranks.

The longest documented Doctor Who cast member lifespan is that of Arnold Yarrow (1920–2024), a man who lived to the age of 104 years and 236 days. The longest lifespan for a female Doctor Who cast member is that of Peggy Batchelor (1916–2020), who lived to the age of 103 years and 235 days.

The oldest living Doctor Who cast member is 100-year-old Laurie Webb, born 6 May 1924. The oldest living female Doctor Who cast member is 91-year-old Siân Phillips, born 14 May 1933.
