The Northern Hotel is a hotel in Aberdeen, Scotland. The hotel was listed for sale in 2017.[1][2] In September 2022, the hotel was closed however the public bar remained open. The owner blamed the closure on rising energy costs.[3] In April 2024, a developer proposed the conversion of the hotel into 47 student flats.[4]

The hotel is built from concrete and faced with granite. It was constructed in the Art Deco style and has four storeys. It was first listed in 1987 and was upgraded to Category A in 1990.[5]
