Natural Ingredients is the debut studio album by American alternative rock band Luscious Jackson.[2] It was released on August 23, 1994, by Grand Royal and Capitol Records.
The album peaked at number 114 on the Billboard 200 chart,[3] as well as number 2 on the Heatseekers Albums chart.[4]
