Michael Parkin (born October 2, 1995) is an English mixed martial artist who competes in the Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional since 2019, Parkin earned his contract on Dana White's Contender Series, winning by first round submission. As of December 18, 2024, he is #15 in the UFC Heavyweight rankings.[1]

[edit]Parkin acquired a record of 5-0 competing on the UK regional scene winning all five fights by stoppage inside of two rounds.[2]
Dana White's Contender Series
[edit]Parkin was then booked to compete on Week 5 of Season 6 of Dana White's Contender Series on August 23, 2022 against fellow undefeated prospect Eduardo Neves. [3] He would win the fight via first round submission and was awarded a contract by Dana White.[4]
Ultimate Fighting Championship
[edit]After earning his contract, Parkin made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 224 against Jamal Pogues on July 22, 2023.[5] He won the fight via unanimous decision. This would mark the first time in his career that he had gone to the scorecards. [6]
Parkin would next face Caio Machado at UFC Fight Night 232 on November 18, 2023.[7] He won the fight via unanswered decision. [8]
Parkin was then scheduled to face TUF 30 Heavyweight Winner Mohammed Usman at UFC on ESPN 53 on March 23, 2024. [9] Parkin would remain undefeated, winning once again by unanimous decision.[10]
Parkin's next fight was against Ľukasz Brzeski at UFC 304 on July 27, 2024.[11] He won the fight via first round knockout, marking his first stoppage victory inside the UFC.[12] This win earned him the Performance of the Night award.[13]
Parkin is scheduled to face #8 ranked UFC Heavyweight Marcin Tybura at UFC Fight Night 255 on March 22, 2025.[14]
