Mei Semones is an American jazz-influenced indie rock musician.

History

Semones attended and graduated from the Berklee College of Music.[1] Semones released her debut EP in 2022 titled Tsukino.[2] Semones released her second EP, Sukikirai, also in 2022.[1] In 2024, Semones released her third EP titled Kabutomushi, through Bayonet Records.[3][4][5] Semones was named by Paste as "The Best of What's Next".[6] Semones has received praise from Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.[7]
