Add some wording to this notice

To Jackmcbarn or anyone who can edit this page, I would recommend adding a bit to this notice. Specifically, I would recommend adding some wording such as this:

Also, if you are trying to create a title that appears with italics or bolding, please create the title without apostrophes, then utilize the {{DISPLAYTITLE}} magic word. (Click the link for details.)
