Medan Labuhan is the largest (in terms of km2) of the 21 administrative districts (kecamatan) in the city of Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

At the 2010 Census, it had a population of 111,173 inhabitants,[1] while at the 2020 Census this had risen to 133,765;[2] the latest official estimate (as at mid 2023) is 140,325 (comprising 70,960 males and 69,365 females).[3] The total area is 35.40 km2 and the population density in 2023 was 3,964 inhabitants/km2.[4] The district is sub-divided into six urban communities (kelurahan), listed below with their areas and their populations as at mid 2023, together with their postcodes.
