McLuney, Ohio
McLuney is an unincorporated community in Perry County, in the U.S. state of Ohio.[1]
History
[edit]McLuney was founded in 1855, and named after nearby McLuney Creek.[2] A post office called McLuney was established in 1887, and remained in operation until 1941.[3]
Notable person
[edit]John Wesley Iliff, a Colorado rancher, was born at McLuney in 1831.[4]
