Maya Merhige

Maya Merhige is an American marathon swimmer from the state of California.[1][2][3][4][5]

Career

In July 2023, Merhige swam a 28.5-mile route around the island of Manhattan in 8 hours and 43 minutes.[2] In 2024, she swam 23 miles from England to France.[3]

According to Swim Across America, Merhige had raised a total of $80,000 as of October 2023, with $25,475 being raised in 2023 alone up to that month.[1]
