Macaronichnus

Macaronichnus is an ichnogenus of trace fossil.

The environmental preferences of Macaronichnus are high-energy foreshores and shallow shorefaces.[1][2][3] Macaronichnus is an indicator of temperate to cold waters.[4][5]
