Luis Daniel Dávila Pernas is a Puerto Rican government official serving as the executive director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration since March 20, 2023. In 2024, he was elected chair of the Democratic Party of Puerto Rico.

Life[edit]

Luis Dávila Pernas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law.[citation needed]

He was admitted as an attorney in Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.[citation needed] He was Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Edgardo Rivera Garcia in the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. He was Legal Intern for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico.[citation needed]

On March 20, 2023, he became the executive director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration.[1][2] He was elected chair of the Democratic Party of the Puerto Rico in 2024.[3][4]
