Love Scout (Korean: 나의 완벽한 비서) is an upcoming South Korean television series written by Ji Eun, co-directed by Ham Joon-ho and Kim Jae-hong, and starring Han Ji-min and Lee Joon-hyuk. The series is about the romance between the CEO and secretary. It is scheduled to premiere on SBS TV on January 3, 2025, and will air every Friday and Saturday at 22:00 (KST).

Synopsis

Love Scout follows the story of how Yoo Eun-ho, armed with perfection, appears as a secretary to Kang Ji-yoon, who is the CEO of a successful headhunting company but can do nothing on her own except work, and how they help each other grow.

The CEO of a successful headhunter company. She is confident and has outstanding abilities, but she pours all her energy into work, so she doesn't know how to do anything else.
The CEO's assistant who is also a single father. He is warm and considerate and is good at looking after his boss.

Supporting

A carefree rich kid on the outside but has conflicting emotions on the inside toward his father.
A picture book writer and single mom who dreams of becoming a bestseller. She is a cheerful and energetic person who takes on all the tasks of her son, so she participates in all the kindergarten events.
The headhunter company's CFO and Ji-yoon's only close friend. She is generous and cool-minded, but is extremely sensitive when it comes to money and cannot stand to see even a single penny being wasted.
The CEO of the number one search firm in the industry, who has a drive that will do anything for the success of her project.
A manly man who loves traveling and sports, and a delicate used bookstore owner who also loves books and espresso.
A consultant at People's, which Ji-yoon runs. She is the busiest and most capable employee at the company.

Love Scout was developed under the working title Between Greeting (Korean: 인사하는 사이; RR: Insahaneun sai), is written by Ji Eun, co-directed by Ham Joon-ho and Kim Jae-hong. It is produced by Studio S and EO Contents Group.[9]

Casting

Lee Joon-hyuk and Han Ji-min were cast as the lead actors and positively considering to appear in August 2023,[10][11] and they were officially confirmed in November 2023.[12]

Filming

Principal photography began on March 7, 2024.[13]

Release

Love Scout was originally part of SBS' 2024 drama lineup under its working title.[14] Later, the series was confirmed to premiere on January 3, 2025, after SBS released the teaser poster in November 2024. It will be broadcast on SBS TV's Friday and Saturday timeslot at 22:00 (KST).[15]
