Lal Mohan Gupta is an Indian politician,[1] currently serving as a member of the Bihar Legislative Council since 2024.[2] He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[3][4]
Early life
[edit]Gupta was born to Ram Prasad in 1961 in Munger, Bihar.[1]
Education
[edit]During his early years, Gupta studied under BSEB curriculum. After his matriculation exams in 1978, he studied law at Bhagalpur University and graduated from the same university with a Bachelors of Law degree in 1992.[1]
