Kowzareh (Persian: كوزره)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Shur Dasht Rural District of Shara District, Hamadan County, Hamadan province, Iran.[4]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,140 in 495 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,029 people in 581 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,864 people in 557 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
