The Krishna Park Extension metro station is a metro station on the Magenta Line of the Delhi Metro in Phase 4.

After this station, Keshopur Metro Station will open soon enough.

About the station

[edit]
  • Features: The station is underground and will have full-screen platform doors and driverless train operations. It will also have an automated fare collection (AFC) system that's compliant with the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC).
  • Benefits: The station will reduce travel times and enhance connectivity for passengers. It will also benefit nearby residents by reducing their reliance on the Janakpuri West Metro Station.
  • Opening: The Krishna Park Extension station was scheduled to open in August 2024, but DMRC has not yet specified an opening date. The reason for delay is unclear as the inauguration date has not yet been communicated. The entire 29.3 km extension is expected to be completed by March 2026.
