Kipti rural hromada (Ukrainian: Кіптівська сільська громада) is a hromada of Ukraine, located in Chernihiv Raion, Chernihiv Oblast. Its administrative center is the village of Kipti.[1]

It has an area of 537.6 square kilometres (207.6 sq mi) and a population of 5,578, as of 2020.[2]
