Kimi Colney is an Indian journalist, author and academic from Mizoram, India.[1][2][3][4] She is known for her extensive reporting on marginalized communities in Northeast India[5][6]

Colney was shortlisted for the 2022 Red Ink Award in the Politics (Print) category for her article "Non-Naga communities fear the secrecy surrounding the government’s peace talks with the NSCN", published in The Caravan.[10]
