Kayla Jean Carter is an American actress and beauty pageant titleholder who was appointed as Miss Charm Philippines 2024.[1] She will represent the Philippines at Miss Charm 2024 on August 24, 2024 in Los Angeles, California, US.[2][3][4][5]
Prior to her appointment as Miss Charm Philippines 2024, Carter represented the Filipino overseas community of Northern California in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant where reached the top 20.[6][7]

Miss Charm 2024
[edit]Krishnah Gravidez, relinquished her crown, [9] which has allowed Carter to represent the Philippines at Miss Charm 2024 in Los Angeles, US.[10][11]
