Kalle Väisänen (born 28 January 2003) is a Finnish professional ice hockey left winger for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL)
Playing career
[edit]Väisänen was drafted in the fourth round, 106th overall, by the New York Rangers in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.[1] He made his professional debut for TPS during the 2021–22 season.
On 2 April 2024, the Rangers signed Väisänen to a three-year, entry-level contract.[2] He joined the Wolf Pack for the end of the 2023-24 season after the end of TPS's season.

Väisänen represented Finland under-18 team at the 2021 World U18 Championships where he recorded one assist in five games.[3] He represented Finland junior team at the 2022 World Junior Championships and won a silver medal.[4]
