History
[edit]KDK Software was established in 2003 by Kapil Goyal with the goal of simplifying tax compliance in India[1]. The company gained prominence with its flagship product, Spectrum, which is widely used for income tax and TDS compliance.
In 2014, KDK Software was acquired by Intuit Inc., a US-based financial software company.[2] The acquisition aimed to integrate KDK's tax compliance solutions with Intuit's QuickBooks accounting software to enhance offerings for small businesses and accountants in India.
