KCRZ (104.9 MHz) is commercial radio station licensed to Tipton, California, and serving the Central California cities of Visalia, Tulare, Porterville. It airs a Top 40 (CHR) radio format and is owned by Momentum Broadcasting. KCRZ carries On Air with Ryan Seacrest from Premiere Networks in afternoon drive time. The studios are on East Mineral King Avenue in Visalia.

KCRZ is a Class A FM station. It has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 3,100 watts.

The station signed on the air in 1997; 28 years ago (1997).

As of May 2013, the station rebranded from "Z104.9" to "Hitz 104.9" and added syndicated programs to its lineup.[2]
