Justin Walley is an English football manager, former player and published author who is the press and communications director of the Marshall Islands Soccer Federation.
Career
[edit]In 2007, Walley founded Latvian side Riga United.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11] After that, he was appointed manager of Matabeleland.[12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22] In 2023, he was appointed press and communications director of the Marshall Islands Soccer Federation.[23]
